3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your lead activity and account settings. The number of messages you receive depends on factors such as how many leads are generated, your notification preferences, and scheduled appointments. You can adjust your messaging preferences in your Orvyn CRM account settings at any time.

4. Opt-In and Consent

You opt in to receive text messages from Backlineleads by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our platform, lead capture forms, or during the account registration process. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Backlineleads.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further text messages will be sent to you unless you opt in again.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. Backlineleads is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside of our control.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at backlineleads.com/privacy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with our messaging service provider (Twilio) solely for the operational purpose of delivering text messages.

10. Supported Carriers

Our text messaging program is compatible with all major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. However, not all carriers support all message types (e.g., MMS). Carrier support and message delivery are not guaranteed.
