Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling your subscription and requesting refunds for services provided by Backlineflow LLC, doing business as Backlineleads ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Subscription Terms
All Backlineleads subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers) are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you may:
- Email us at support@backlineflow.com with your cancellation request
- Contact our support team through the Orvyn CRM platform
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request before your next billing date. Cancellations received after the billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
After your cancellation takes effect:
- You will retain full access to the Orvyn CRM platform and all Services until the end of your current billing cycle
- No further charges will be applied to your payment method
- Lead generation campaigns will be paused at the end of your billing cycle
- Your account data will be retained for 90 days after your subscription ends, after which it may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
4. Setup Fees
Certain plans include a one-time setup fee for campaign creation, ad account configuration, and initial optimization. Setup fees are non-refundable once your lead generation campaign has been launched. If your campaign has not yet been launched, you may request a refund of the setup fee by contacting support@backlineflow.com.
5. Advertising Spend
Advertising spend (ad spend) is paid directly to the advertising platform (Meta, Google, or TikTok) and is separate from your Backlineleads subscription fee. Ad spend is non-refundable by Backlineleads, as these funds are controlled and processed by the respective advertising platform. For questions about ad spend refunds, you must contact the advertising platform directly.
6. Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to the Services for the remainder of your current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be issued for early cancellation within a billing period.
7. Subscription Fee Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error due to a billing system malfunction
- You were charged after submitting a timely cancellation request that was not processed due to our error
- A significant service outage prevented you from using the platform for an extended period
To request a refund, email support@backlineflow.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@backlineflow.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
