This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the services provided by Backlineflow LLC, doing business as Backlineleads ("we," "us," or "our"), including the backlineleads.com website and the Orvyn CRM platform (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:
1.1 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages via SMS, MMS, email, or any other communication channel
- Sending messages to individuals who have not provided prior express consent
- Using misleading subject lines, sender information, or message content
- Failing to honor opt-out requests promptly
1.2 Harassment and Abusive Behavior
- Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or stalking any individual
- Sending abusive, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory messages
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Engaging in any form of bullying or hate speech
1.3 Illegal Content and Activities
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
- Transmitting content that violates any federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Promoting or facilitating the sale of controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or other prohibited items
- Engaging in fraud, phishing, or identity theft
1.4 Lead Misuse
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing leads obtained through our Services with any third party without prior written consent from Backlineleads
- Using leads for purposes other than the business services for which they were generated
- Contacting leads using deceptive or misleading practices
- Selling or transferring lead data to data brokers or aggregators
1.5 Technical Abuse
- Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from our platform without authorization
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code into our platform
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services
- Circumventing or disabling any security features or access controls
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services
2. Compliance Requirements
When using our Services, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
2.1 Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Obtain prior express written consent before sending automated text messages or making automated calls to consumers
- Include proper disclosures in your consent forms
- Honor all opt-out requests immediately
- Maintain records of consent for all recipients
2.2 State Telemarketing Laws
- Comply with all state-specific telemarketing regulations, including registration requirements where applicable
- Observe state-specific calling hours and restrictions
- Follow state Do Not Call list requirements in addition to federal requirements
2.3 Do Not Call (DNC) Lists
- Scrub your call and message lists against the National Do Not Call Registry before initiating contact
- Maintain and honor an internal Do Not Call list for individuals who have requested not to be contacted
- Check state-level Do Not Call registries as required by applicable state law
2.4 CAN-SPAM Act
- Include a valid physical address in all commercial emails
- Provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism
- Honor opt-out requests within 10 business days
- Do not use deceptive subject lines or header information
3. Consequences of Violations
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Warning: Issue a written warning identifying the violation and requiring immediate corrective action
- Temporary Suspension: Suspend your account and access to the Services pending investigation and resolution of the violation
- Feature Restriction: Disable specific features or capabilities (e.g., SMS messaging) until compliance is verified
- Permanent Termination: Terminate your account and access to the Services permanently, without refund, for severe or repeated violations
- Legal Action: Pursue legal remedies, including seeking damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees
We reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or if you receive unwanted or abusive communications from a Backlineleads user, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

When reporting a violation, please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the date and time of the incident, any evidence (screenshots, message content), and the identity of the violating party if known.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor the use of our Services to ensure compliance with this AUP. However, we are not obligated to actively monitor all user activity and are not responsible for any user's violation of this policy. We may use automated systems, third-party tools, or manual review to detect potential violations.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
